Everything Is Currently Free

✓ No Charges, Nothing to Refund

Deal scores, full Vehicle Intelligence Reports, and account features are all free right now. We do not charge for anything, require a credit card, or run subscriptions — so there is nothing to refund.

If pricing is ever introduced, it will be posted on the Terms of Service page before any charge applies, and this policy will be updated with the specific refund terms at the same time.

Terms That Would Apply to Any Future Purchases

🔹 Digital Goods, Delivered Instantly

Reports are digital goods generated and delivered immediately. If per-report pricing is introduced, purchases would be non-refundable once the report is generated — except when a technical error on our side prevents delivery, in which case we would issue a full refund.

Any future subscription would be cancelable at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. If you were ever charged in error, we would refund that charge in full.

The date of the charge
A description of the issue
